Hummanaya Sri Lanka ( hum means  hoooom sound ) is only one blow hole in Sri Lanka. It is the second largest blow hole in the world.It is located 1km away from Kudawella fishing vilage and 28km away from Mathara southern province of Sri Lanka.It is a natural blow hole.Sometimes the height of the water spray is about 20m.At certain times of the year, the water spray is rarely seen and high is about 4m.(June, July,October,November,December,January,February).There is a folk belief that when people shouting loudly the water spray is speed up.
